Mixing swing, country, and blues styles, New Moon Drifters delivers a unique blend of vintage Americana. Their sound is laid-back enough for a cocktail hour, lively enough to get your feet moving. It's a vibe.
From Cole Porter to Willie Nelson, with a handful of original numbers mixed in, New Moon Drifters entertains audiences with their unpretentious approach to jazz and classic western flavor. Sometime in late 2024, Denver-area singer/guitarist David S. Dunn joined forces with a couple of jazz-scene veterans Steve Brooks and Wilson Luallen for a one-off gig. United by their shared love for 50-60s style rhythm & blues, country and swing music, and appreciation for the Great American Songbook, the group continued to play out, as that first gig led to another, and another... Catch them at a club or hire them for a private event! Available as a trio, duo, or solo.
